Open all year round, our accommodation consists of seven bright modern en-suite shower twin, double and family rooms. Two of the family rooms are on the ground floor and have their own separate entrances (well behaved dogs are allowed in these rooms during low season). All rooms have a flat screen tv with freeview and family rooms also have a built in dvd player. Tea and coffee making facilities are in all rooms.. A resident's lounge is provided with a large flat screen tv/dvd, fridge, and microwave. There is ample off-road parking. WIRELESS INTERNET IS NOW AVAILABLE AT A ONE OFF CHARGE OF £3.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 8:00am - 9:00am on Monday and Tuesday, and between 8:00am - 10:00am Wednesday to Sunday. Continental breakfast can be served earlier if required, by prior arrangement.

There is usually a 2 night minimum stay during weekends from April to September and throughout school holidays.

                                                                    Cancellation Policy
Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking. A £20 booking fee will be deducted if a cancellation is made at any time after booking. If the cancellation is made less than one week before arrival, a deposit of a full nights stay per room will be charged.The full amount of the entire stay will be deducted one week prior to any Goodwood Festivals or any other major event. Please note we do not provide cots.

Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in the lounge or restaurant. They are welcome on the veranda.
