Open all year round, our accommodation comprises seven bright modern en-suite twin, double and family rooms, sleeping up to six people. Two of the family rooms are on the ground floor and have their own separate entrances (dogs are allowed in these rooms). All rooms have a colour television, tea and coffee making facilities. The family rooms each have flat a screen TV with a DVD player. A resident's lounge is provided with a TV, fridge, and microwave. There is ample off-road parking. WIRELESS INTERNET IS NOW AVAILABLE AT A ONE OFF CHARGE OF £3..

We have no objection to guests making unlimited use of their rooms during the day. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10:30am.

A strict no smoking policy operates in all bedrooms. A smoke detector system is in operation for your safety.

Breakfast is served between 8:00am - 9:00am on Monday and Tuesday, and between 8:00am - 10:00am Wednesday to Sunday. Your choice of seating in the restaurant or on the veranda, weather permitting. Continental breakfast can be served earlier if required, by prior arrangement.

Tariff

There is usually a 2 night minimum stay during weekends from April to September and throughout school holidays.

Terms of Booking
Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking. No charge will be made if written notice of any cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to midday of the date of arrival, otherwise a deduction equivalent to the first night’s stay will be payable. The prices quoted include a non refundable £20 booking fee. Please note we do not provide cots.
