Located in the centre of West Wittering village, we are an easy 15 minute level walk to the golden sands of the award winning West Wittering Beach and National Trust's  East Head and a short bus ride/drive to the historic city of Chichester, West Sussex.. The Beach House bed & breakfast / guest house is in the small village of West Wittering, which is bordered by beautiful sandy beaches, the conservation area of Chichester harbour which is marked as an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and the rolling South Downs. Chichester, with its festival theatre, cathedral and Goodwood racetracks are seven miles north and London is just one and a half hour drive or train journey away.

Chichester Marina, the second largest marina in the country is situated midway between Chichester and West Wittering whilst many of the smaller sailing clubs including Itchenor and Dell Quay are also within easy reach. Wind surfing and kite surfing are very popular at West Wittering beach.
