The Beach House bed & breakfast / guest house is in the small village of West Wittering, which is bordered by beautiful sandy beaches, the conservation area of Chichester harbour which is marked as an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and the rolling South Downs. Chichester, with its festival theatre, cathedral and Goodwood racetracks and festivals are seven miles north. London is just a one and a half hour drive or train journey away. There is a bus

stop directly outside The Beach House.

Chichester Marina, the second largest marina in the country is situated midway between Chichester and West Wittering whilst many of the smaller sailing clubs including Itchenor and Dell Quay are also within easy reach. Wind surfing and kite surfing are very popular at West Wittering beach.
